1. Node Acceptance
By initializing a node or employing DataMind services, you agree to be bound by these System Protocols. If you do not agree to these terms, you are restricted from utilizing the cluster.
2. Operation Metrics
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any context provided, including compliance with international cognitive safety laws and digital regulations.
- Entities must be recognized as legal adults (18+) to authorize access.
- You are responsible for maintaining the entropy and security of your access keys.
- Unauthorized or illegal application of the neural engines is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Sovereignty
DataMind Laboratories and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the technical infrastructure, including all cognitive IP. You may not replicate the architecture without direct executive authorization.
4. Liability Constraints
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or cognitive damages resulting from cluster usage or node degradation.
